Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts and Administration Manager (specifically in Tally software) who can manage accounts of our company by making use of current computer technology.

Accounts and Administration Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology (Tally software).
• Process invoices for payment.
• Inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions.
• Manage paper or electronic filing systems by recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, such as attendance records or correspondence.
• Oversee procurement, outsourcing, production and delivery planning alongside production manager.
• Co-ordinate with production team to maintain inventory data and design team for job outsourcing.
• Keep track of sales orders and maintain purchase orders with vendors.
• Maintain client relationship, through front-desk operations and address customer grievances with regular following up through e-mail.

Accounts and Administration Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree graduate / Diploma graduate.
• Knowledge/ skill / experience in managerial positions.
• Fluent in Kannada and English.
• Possess the following skills- communication and co-ordination, deductive reasoning, judgment and decision making, managing and instructing, active learning and time management.
• Preferably have experience in the printing/ packaging industry.
